Our team has specialist training in working with children under 5 and their parents. This may involve reflective parent work or play therapy. We also offer work with parents of infants who are seeking support transitioning to parenting, or on building their relationship with their baby.

Family therapy

Our team is trained in family therapy, a type of treatment which supports families to understand patterns of communication and relationship dynamics. One of the hopes of family therapy is to help families become curious about what is happening in their family system, and to enjoy being in relationship with one another with more ease.
